LOCAL HEROES PARADE – FRIDAY, JULY 3, 2026
he Local Heroes 4th of July Parade is Incline Village and Crystal Bay’s celebration of the veterans, firefighters, first responders, educators, and community builders who carry that founding spirit forward every single day. Part of a three-day tribute to our mountain community — complete with pancake breakfasts, a community fair, a Veterans Recognition Reception, and fireworks over Lake Tahoe — the parade is a hometown procession of floats, fire trucks, classic cars, and the real heroes who live and serve among us.
Be IN the parade — or cheer it on!
Whether you want to march, ride, or wave from the sidelines, there’s a place for you. We welcome floats, classic cars, walking groups, musical acts, street performers, schools, youth groups, service clubs, nonprofits, Veteran and military groups, and yes — superhero parents too.
The best spectator spots are along Southwood across from Incline Bowl, on Incline Way near Incline Middle School and the Parasol Building, and in front of the Rec Center and Village Green.
This event is open to the whole community and all visitors.
2026 Parade Registration Fees
This year, for the first time, we will be implementing a modest registration fee for parade participants. As our event has grown, so have the costs associated with producing a first-class parade experience – including enhanced logistics, upgraded production elements, and expanded community programming. These fees help ensure we can continue to deliver the high-quality event our community deserves.
We deeply value the support of our IVCBA members, and that is reflected in our fee structure. Fees are tiered and discounted based on your membership level – the higher your membership tier, the greater your savings. When you log in as a registered IVCBA member to complete your parade registration, your applicable fees will be automatically calculated based on your membership status. No manual calculations needed.
