Mother’s Day at the Hyatt

Osteria Sierra at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe announces special dining offerings in celebration of Mother’s Day. The restaurant will feature a selection of a la carte additions alongside an Afternoon Tea service on Sunday, May 10.
Afternoon Tea will be available between 1:30PM and 3:30PM and will include home baked scones, pastries, and tea sandwiches. Pastry selections include a lemon meringue tartlet, pistachio financier, raspberry macarons, and honey almond cake. Sandwich offerings include black truffle and egg salad, roasted prime angus beef, and smoked salmon with cucumber. The a la carte specials will feature dishes such as burrata with strawberries and aged balsamic, handmade artichoke ravioli, seared Chilean sea bass, and a warm bittersweet chocolate fondant dessert.
