Summary of Incline Village Main Street Beautification

Incline Village Main Street facilitates and supports transformational strategies for revitalization of the commercial core in Incline Village. It launched its Beautification Campaign in 2024 with a number of initiatives to address the most tangible needs. It promoted community clean-up efforts such as the Incline Green Clean and defensible space in 2024. Inclined to Bloom added “pots and plants” in 2025. Improvements to the roundabout for esthetics and safety are targeted for launch in Spring 2026. A Public Art committee was established in 2025 as well. Future projects for consideration include lighting, signage and walkability.

These efforts all have a component of placemaking to give a welcoming feel to our community. IVCBA works with Washoe County, along with other governing agencies to accomplish its goals.
