It’s here.  For the very first time, the Local Heroes 4th of July Celebration has its own merch – and it’s every bit as proud, festive, and Tahoe as you’d hope. Meet the Limited Edition IVCBA X TAHOE-LOVE Collection: a co-branded lineup created with our friends at Tahoe-Love to honor America’s 250th and the everyday heroes who make Incline Village and Crystal Bay home.

Wear it on the parade route. Pull it on for cool Tahoe evenings. Wave it, cheer with it, take it to every barbecue from now until eternity. Every piece – Tee, Hoodie, Dad Cap, Straw Hat, and Clappers – is a one-time commemorative that won’t be reprinted. And every dollar goes back into the parade itself, keeping it free, joyful, and ours.

• America 250 T-Shirt – $30. A collector tee marking America’s 250th, co-branded IVCBA X TAHOE-LOVE. Gildan Softstyle 100% cotton. Available in Sand color, sizes YXS – 3XL.
• America 250 Hoodie – $50. Our premium IVCBA X Tahoe-Love hoodie for those classic chilly Tahoe nights. Wear it year-round for comfort with the same commemorative mark. Gilden Heavy Blend 50/50. Available in Sand color, sizes YXS – 3XL.
• Dad Cap – $25. Low-profile, embroidered with the Local Heroes logo, and casually patriotic. The ‘fits-with-everything’ piece of the collection.
• Straw Hat – $30. Lake-day energy meets parade-day pride. Tahoe summer in hat form with a sewn-on Local Heroes patch. 
• Clappers – $5. Bring on the noise. Cheer on our heroes.

Buy one for you – and one for the hero who deserves it. 

This year, we’re inviting our community to do something a little extra: buy a 250 America Tee or Hoodie as an honor tribute for a Local Hero in your life. The firefighter on your block. The teacher who showed up for your kid. The nurse on the night shift. The neighbor who plows your driveway every time it snows. The veteran at the end of the road. The volunteer who runs the lemonade stand for the parade route – every single year.

Pre-order one in their size, write a little note, and surprise them with it before July 3 – or hand it over at the parade and watch them light up.

How to gift a tribute:

• Pre-order an extra Tee or Hoodie in your hero’s size by Friday, May 29 at 11:59 PM.
• Pick it up at any TFS pop-up (June 18, 20, 27) or Thursday, July 2 – then deliver it however you’d like.
• Tag them on social with #HonoringMyLocalHero – and tag @ivcba and @tahoe-love so we can share the love.
• Bring them along on July 3 – matching shirts on the parade route just hit different.

Caps, Straw Hats & Clappers? Catch Them in Person.

These three are in-person only – no pre-sale, no online cart. Find them at our TFS Thrift Shop pop-ups across the second half of June, then on parade day at the route and the Community Fair. Quantities are limited and they go until they run out – so don’t wait for July 3.

TFS Thrift Shop Pop-Up Schedule

• Thursday, June 18 – Third Thursday Event. Pickup + caps/straw hats/clappers on sale.
• Saturday, June 20 – Art Sale. Pickup + caps/straw hats/clappers on sale, alongside the TFS Art Sale.
• Saturday, June 27 – TFS Pop-Up. Pickup + last shot at the rest of the merch before the parade.
• Thursday, July 2 – Pre-Sale Pickup Only. The very last pickup window before parade day.

All pop-ups happen at the Tahoe Family Solutions Thrift Shop located in the upper Village Center on Southwood Boulevard in Incline Village. 

Parade Day, July 3 – See You Out There!

Can’t catch a pop-up? You still have one more shot. On the morning of Friday, July 3, look for our IVCBA X TAHOE-LOVE Swag Street Team walking the parade route – they’ll have any remaining merch on hand. Then swing by the TAHOE-LOVE booth at the Community Fair for the full lineup, while supplies last.

Wave a clapper. Tip your straw hat. Snap a photo with a hero. We’ll be there with you.
