There are plenty of chain hotels in destinations all over the world, some fancy and some not, but all with their signature style. Sometimes, though, when people travel, they want to immerse themselves more in the community to get a true sense of a place. In other words, go where the locals go for a more local experience. Here are a few boutique hotels around Lake Tahoe where the locals go:
Incline Lodge, Incline Village
In the summer of 2021, Incline Village residents the Warners made their dream come true by buying the inn on the corner of Highway 28 and Country Club Drive and transforming it into a clean, welcoming place with upgraded amenities and a focus on fun, quality, community, and adventure.
